Meet The Founder

LADY VJ is the founder and leader of The Lady School. She approaches her work with warmth, grace, and thoughtfulness, serving women from diverse backgrounds. As a dedicated mentor, coach, trusted advisor, and confidante to high-impact women, including influential leaders, first ladies, pro-athletes and members of royal families. Her deep understanding of presence, protocol, and purposeful leadership has made her a guide for women at the highest levels of influence.

Before founding The Lady School, LADY VJ founded NOTIQ.com, a global lifestyle brand offering a prestigious line of sustainable personal organization products that enhance personal presence and confidence. Her most recent work includes etiquely.com, a premier publication that educates professionals on advancing their careers and businesses with modern etiquette and essential soft skills.

Here at The Lady School, LADY VJ shares her expertise to help women and their daughters stand out and lead with confidence. With training in global etiquette and protocol across Europe, America, and Africa, LADY VJ brings a unique blend of international experience and holds certificates from The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and The Protocol School of Washington.

When she’s not speaking, teaching, or leading business meetings, LADY VJ is deeply committed to her community, actively serving on school boards. She enjoys writing, reading, and cooking for her husband and children, including their Maltese dog.
