  • To ensure your "Etiquette Party at Your Location" is a seamless and enchanting experience, please have the following ready at your chosen venue:

    • Party Essentials: Your preferred party decorations, plates, cups, cutlery, and napkins.

    • Cake, Food & Drinks: Any birthday cake, snacks, beverages, or meal items you wish to serve to your guests. Please note, The Lady School does not provide food or drinks for this package.

    • Appropriate Space: A clean, clear area suitable for our instructor to set up activities and for children to comfortably participate (e.g., a large table and chairs).

    • Guest List & Final Count Confirmation: To ensure we're perfectly prepared, please confirm the final number of attending participants with us prior to the event.

    To help us ensure a smooth and delightful experience for everyone, please review our key terms. By submitting your reservation with payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

    • Reservation & Payment: A $1,000 non-refundable reservation fee is required at the time of booking to secure your preferred date and package. The remaining balance for your party is due 60 days prior to your scheduled event date. If your event is booked less than 60 days in advance, full payment is due at the time of booking.

    • Cancellations: All payments, including the reservation fee, are non-refundable.

    Rescheduling & Transfers: We understand plans can change!

    • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your party based on our availability within 180 calendar days of your original booking date.

    • Transfers: Alternatively, your booking may be transferred to another celebrant (e.g., a friend or family member's child) within the same 180-day calendar period. All original package selections and preferences will carry over to the transferred event.

    • Requests for rescheduling or transfers must be made at least 14 days prior to your original party date.

    • Guest Count Adjustments: Final guest counts must be confirmed 7 days before the party. While we can often accommodate a few additional participants with advance notice, reductions after the final count will not result in a price adjustment.

    • Event Environment:

      • For "Etiquette Party at Your Location," please ensure a suitable and safe space is prepared for our instructor and guests to enjoy the activities.

      • For "Etiquette Party at Our School," our elegant venue provides a pre-arranged environment for your celebration.

    • Supervision: Parents or designated adults are responsible for the general supervision and behavior of all attending children throughout the party. Our instructors focus on delivering the etiquette program and are unable to provide primary supervision.

    • Respectful Conduct: We expect all participants and attendees to treat our instructors and property with courtesy and respect, fostering a positive learning environment.

  • Our parties are designed for children generally between 6 and 16 years old, with activities and lessons tailored to be age-appropriate and engaging for various developmental stages.

  • We recommend booking your party as soon as you know your date or at least 4-6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time, especially for weekend events. Popular dates fill up quickly!

  • Both of our packages are designed to accommodate up to 16 children total, including the celebrant. This number helps us ensure optimal engagement and a quality experience for every child. Upon request and at additional rates, we are able to serve more participants.

  • For the "Etiquette Party at Your Location" package, we do not provide food, drinks or dinnerware. Parents are responsible for all catering and food service.

    For the "Etiquette Party at Our School" package, we provide delightful catering with the exception of the birthday cake. We give you the freedom to bring your choice of cake. There is no charge for cake-serving.

  • All payments are non-refundable. However, we understand plans can change. You may reschedule your party based on our availability within 180 calendar days of your original booking date.

    Alternatively, your booking may be transferred to another celebrant within the same 180-day period. All original package selections and preferences will carry over to the transferred event.
